This race stars early in the morning from Manizales to Chinchina. In Chinchina we return and start to climb. During the 63 km long climb enjoying amazings views of the Andes Mountains. When we reach the top at 3800 mosl we return to finish line in Manizales .

The ”City of Eternal Spring,” as the people of Colombia affectionately call it because of its temperate climate, has become a travel hot spot for fine dining, trendy bars and, of course, world-class coffee.
The capital of Antioquia offers visitors the chance to experience the bustling, chaotic Colombian culture amid a backdrop of soaring mountains and leafy coffee plantations.

Guatape and El Peñol
Guatapé is a town and municipality in the Department of Anitioquia, Colombia. It is a part of the subregion of Eastern Antioquia and is located 79 kilometres away from Medellín. This town is the gathering place for ”Las Vegas”, or the small farms of the area.
The town is a major tourist attraction, especially for travelers from Medellín, for both El Peñón de Guatapé, a large rock that visitors can climb, and the famous zócalos (baseboards) that adorn several of the buildings.
